The main Daddy Tag set comes with one initial (you choose) and one name tag which can hold up to three children's first names and birth dates. Additional name tags may be purchased below.

• Each tag measures approximately 2" long x 1" wide
• *Chain is 3mm in width & 24 inches long

*Chain can be made longer or shorter using the pulldown below. If you prefer your chain to be longer, there is an additional charge for the longer chain, up to 30 inches.

All birthdates are entered as two digits separated by a dot as shown in the picture. We allow our international customers to use the date format of day first, then month, then year. Enter as you prefer.

You may include up to three names and birth dates on the Main Daddy Tag. If you are entering up to 3 names on one tag, please enter them in the Main Tag field separated by a /slash.

If you prefer to purchase a separate tag for each name and birth date, please enter the information into the separate fields below.

Your tags will arrive enclosed in a ziplock bag with anti-tarnish strip and packaged in a reusable tin. See our packaging.
